Client Service Agreement

This agreement governs all services provided by Epic Digital Marketing Solutions.

Scope of Work (SOW)

• Defined at the beginning of each project and agreed in writing

Payment Terms

• 50% upfront, 50% upon project completion

• Invoices payable within 14 days of issue

Intellectual Property Rights

• Clients own final deliverables upon full payment

• Epic Digital Marketing Solutions retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless explicitly declined in writing

Termination

• Either party may terminate with 14-day written notice

• Work completed until date of termination will be invoiced accordingly

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project

Jurisdiction

• This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales
