When handling client data, Epic Digital Marketing Solutions acts as a data processor under applicable data protection regulations.

Our Responsibilities

• Process data only as instructed by the client

• Implement technical and organisational security measures

• Assist clients in fulfilling their legal data obligations

Breach Notification

• Notify the client of any data breach within 48 hours, including impact and mitigation steps

Use of Subprocessors

• CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp

• Analytics: Google Analytics

Data Retention and Deletion

• Personal data will be retained for 90 days post-contract and then securely deleted
