Employment/ Contractor Agreement

Applies to all employees, contractors, and freelancers engaged with Epic Digital Marketing Solutions.

Intellectual Property

• All IP created in the course of work remains the property of Epic Digital Marketing Solutions unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

• Team members must keep all client and company information confidential during and after engagement.

Termination

• Contractors must provide 14 days’ notice to terminate.

• Deliverables and milestones must be met as agreed.
